These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixFW Mobile Software Assistant, websites, APIs, tools, documentation, and related services (the "Services") operated by PixFW.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Service Description

PixFW provides technical information, troubleshooting assistance, GSM/mobile repair resources, Android and iOS diagnostics guidance, firmware/build information, ADB/Fastboot information, and related documentation.

3. Technical Information Is Not a Guarantee

Information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or dependent on a specific device, firmware version, carrier, region, hardware state, or software configuration. PixFW does not guarantee successful repair, flashing, rooting, recovery, diagnostics, firmware installation, software restoration, device unlocking, or compatibility.

4. Device Ownership and Authorization

You must own, or have appropriate authorization to service, any device, account, system, or network to which you apply information obtained from the Services.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Services for unauthorized access to devices, accounts, networks, or data; fraud or identity theft; malware; attacks against PixFW infrastructure; abuse of personal information; or other unlawful activity.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying instructions, checking compatibility, maintaining backups, understanding device-specific risks, complying with applicable law, and respecting third-party licenses and rights.

7. Data Loss and Device Risks

Mobile software operations can cause data loss, boot failure, software corruption, device instability, warranty consequences, or other problems. You are responsible for deciding whether to perform a procedure and for maintaining appropriate backups.

8. Third-Party Content

PixFW may reference firmware, software, repositories, websites, videos, documentation, or APIs owned or operated by third parties. Such material may be governed by separate licenses and terms. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, original PixFW branding, text, documentation, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to PixFW. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights.

10. Availability

PixFW may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services. No uninterrupted availability or specific uptime is guaranteed.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or interact with third-party services, including ChatGPT, hosting providers, repositories, websites, APIs, and content platforms. Those services have separate terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixFW and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Suspension and Termination

PixFW may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The newest version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
